Refund policy

Every shirt is made just for you. So we can’t take it back — unless we messed up.

Because all of our products are printed on demand, we don’t hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size orders
  • Change of heart
  • “Didn’t like the vibe once I saw it in person”
  • (Custom work = commitment.)

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • We sent you the wrong item, color, or size
  • The print quality is way off from our standards

To request a replacement or refund, email support@aardvarkdreams.shop within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

If approved, we’ll either send a replacement or refund the original payment method.

TL;DR:

❌ We can’t accept “just didn’t want it” returns.
