The Aardvark Dreams Interdimensional Singles Club is drawn from a cultural exchange with an alternative science-obsessed universe. These are a suspiciously familiar run of late-1970s and early-1980s pop transmissions obtained during the 1982 exchange. Aardvark Dreams has preserved five of their biggest hits as ceramic coasters.
Transmission: Cardiac Core Composed of Amorphous Silicate by The Low-Eumelanin Phenotype, Peer Review Records.
This one comes from the cooler end of the exchange crate: a glossy artifact from a universe where dance-floor melancholy apparently required mineralogy, phenotype committees, and a record label with a methods section.
The recovered 45 rpm art became a ceramic coaster: compact alternate-universe music history for a drink table in need of more science, more fake discography, and fewer ordinary small-talk props.
